Polar Bears are curious predators everything about them is about surviving the cold and hunting seals. Being a specialist is the key to surviving in the Artic and it is true for the bears as it is for the Inupiaq Eskimos. For centuries these two hunters of the Arctic have made their living from the ocean, the lives connected by the animals they hunt. Twice a year in spring and fall the Inupiat Eskimos hunt bowhead whales. They hunt seals stalking them in the inky blackness of winter.
