African Wild Dog (Lycaon pictus) are one of the continents most endangered animals. They are considered ruthless predators for the speed with which they devour their kill. African Wild Dog hunt like Lions but the difference between them is that lions have a 30% hit rate success while the African Wild Dog success rate is almost 100%. it appears that every member of the pack is vital caring for and feeding those who are injured and even elderly dogs are looked after long after their hunting skills have gone.
